“Employee” is my most important asset. The only reason for AIF  to move forward successfully during the past 40 more years is everybody’s effort and I do appreciate it at all time. “It’s great to have you all” So how do we create a happy working environment for AIF employees? This is the most essential task for me at the moment. Working together is about learning, growing, earning and making friends. The colleagues in AIF Group are just like relatives. Start from ourselves that “Those who love others will be loved by others.” We should cherish fate brings us together.

These days, people are facing competition from all walks of life, but still there are successful and non-successful in all kinds of jobs. To be the champion must fulfill 1. Implement thoroughly 2. Never give up. Always think how to achieve better. The final success only goes to those who can survive from the pressure in this competitive world.

“Winners find ways for their success; losers make excuses for their failure.” Please keep it in mind which certainly would lead you to a brighter future.
